Morning Workouts
Today was a good day to run. The weather was great, the mood was great, everything was fine. Went to Buangkok Green Medical park for morning run. I did a warm up from my house to the park. Its approximately 800m. I went 4 rounds which gives me a milege of 6.4km, then i did a slow warm down back to a park need my house for some workouts. I did crunches, push ups, leg raises, jumping lunges, dips, 'plank'. Feeling GOOD! hAhah! Stretch after that.
The whole idea of this workout was to build that milege and strength in preparation next week camp and also to feel for the correct running form.
Total Milege: 8km
Lunch
I ate pear and drank fruit juice after workout for recovery.
Went for lunch at AMK with my parents. Ate Minced Meat Noodle and Holick ar!!
Desert was Mr Bean beancurd and pancake. LOL!

Its a good day to just NUA at home. Played Shattered Galaxy as usual. Listen to FM933. Watch some ITU videos. Its Damn COOL LAR! My mom is always watching her korean drama. I took a 3 hours afternoon nap. Was pretty tired then.
Have fish porridge for dinner at 530pm. Long time since i had dinner at this time.
Went to Hougang Stadium for second workouts of the day.
Did farklek.Yes, it a Swedish word which mean 'speedplay'.

4000m farklek
Sprint on every straight 100m
Active Recovery on every bend 100m
Sprint time: 17-19 s
1:1.6 work to recovery ratio
I just want to build that weekly milege. Its important for running economy. Adding in abit of speeds to make it a more intense session. Did some drills after that.
Total Milege: Approximately 13km.
Cleaning Toilet
Recently i pick up the skill of cleaning the toilet. HAHA! Just wanna lessen my mums workload.
First i scrub the wall, den i scrub the floor , den i scrub the toilet bowl , den i rinse with water. Its easy and a good workout too. Sweat like hell lar...
Had milo, and some dough. LOL. Its just my craving lar.
Gotta go rest. Work tml..
