Today i went for bike session #2. I cycled at GYM bike for 30min at intensity level of 12 holding a RPM of 94~100.
Night time i went for a swim.
I did:
200 warm up
10x25 drills

100 drills

200 drills
100 warm down
Is a random set. Just wanna up my weekly swim milege. 2900m
Suddenly there is a whole agenda of stuff i need to do and accomplish

1) 8 May - Valedictorian practise

3) 15 May - Graduation Rehearsal
4) 18 May - CPR course
5) 21 May - TP Graduation
6) 22 June - Punggol Central Run 2008 ( 5km competitive )
7) 24 June - BTT test
8) 13 July - OSIM Triathlon ( Olympic Distance )
9) 17 Augest - RUN NUS 2008
10) 24 August - Army Half Marathon
June - July will also be my BM course... Wed and Fri night burnt! ~.~
ON top of that... i still have my $80 per day job....DEAD!
Really wish to spend my weekends with friends and family to let off ~
Need to plan as i move... Hope i get all the supports from everyone... Its gonna be a tough journey ahead... I am sure i will grow thru it....
