LS~day

As expected... I LS 4 time.. I tink is a combine effort from yesterday Mr Bean ice-cream, $11 ice cream and bread with banana and peanut with grapes strip spread. GG-ed... My leg was weak. I still went for a 30min bike session at the GYM.. LOL! My leg was numb after that.....

Night swim was not too bad... As i decided.. training for the whole of last week and this week will be based on distance and duration and not timing.. so i din time for any of my lap except for the recovery time.
We did:
200 warm up
10 x25 drills
2x( 50 fin
1min vertical fin
1 min rest
1min vertical fin
50 fin
100 swim )
Main set was 3x500 with 1 min rest
sprint set was 10x25
Total distance: 2850

Dinner-ed at techno and home sweet home... Was uber shag~
