Super Chiong Weekends

I had a very chiong weekend. A very big hole in my pocket ):

Let's start with saturday. Went to Tri shop to scout for a tri suit. Saw this competition at punggol MRT. Its a 5km competitive run @ only $8 and u get a free running tee. LOL! I am on for it! After Tri shop, went to kallang leisure park. We had subway. The new black forest ham was quite good and is only $5.70. It comes with 2 cookie and a coke zero.

The weather was so hot that we went for mango ice with strawberry. Then we went to the arcade supposely to play Datona but we ended up throwing tokens to get this " WOOsh" stuffed toy. We were super chiong and determined to get it after investing nearly $10 on it. We still got it in the end and it cause us about $24 for it. SWT! It's really funny when we keep thowing in the token. The stuffed toy was just facing us as thought he was laughing at us. We look so idiot~

We parted after that and i went for a run at Hougang Stadium.
I did a threshold run consisting of 1200 400 1200 400 1200 400. Each with a rest interval of 400 easy. 1200 was ran at 2s below race pace while 400 was ran at 5s below race pace. I din really time it... It's all base on my effort.

Had Zi Chao for dinner just behind my block. Me and my mum ordered a claypot tou fu, bitter gourd soup and fried ginger with fish.

The next day.. Suppose to go for LSD run. BUt ended up sleep like a pig. I think i should take a rest. Went to Yishun with my parents cause my dad want to go to a indian temple there. We had our lunch at AMK hub.. I had Mr Bean ice cream after that. Then went back home. was so tired that i slept. Suppose to go my Ah ma house to play badminton with my cousin... was too lazy ...

Meet up with the same gang again at night. Suppose to meet at 4.. but they tot i got something on and they change it to 7.... I din know that... When they know that i was sleeping.. they shoot me like hell lar!! LOL.. Walk around orchard road .... and went for dinner at holland village....

We eat at thai express... The mango salad was great and the thai laksa was super khao!! Went for cold rock ice cream... OH MAN!!! The ice cream was super shiok. 1st order was a large double chocolate and white chocolate mixed with snicker and cookie dough... Really addicted to it and we went for 2nd order... It was the biggest avaliable .. $19... OMG! We added 4 toppings.... 1 of it was gummy bear... GG-ed.. THe gummies was super hard cause of the ice cream lar.... We mix cheese cake and double chocolate... and i tink it taste just like double chocolate and white chocolate... The cho covers the cheese taste... BUt still it is shiok!

Spent $11 on ice cream... Great man! ):
