ZZzzz.... Work and work can sometime be boring... And there is a limit to one's ability to train.... Have been working and training this few weeks.... Need a break man~ Looking forward to week end.... Can train! and go out! Hopefully someone date me lar.... HAHAHA! Is a gay date ):
Today's workout focuses on base training with abit of sprinting for intensity
50min farklek of 100m @ 2.4k to 5k pace and 300m @ half marathon pace....

Have been walking from the busstop at BLK 700 + to school and back to save bus fare for the past few weeks. It is said that 100 calories can be burnt jut by covering a mile at any pace. Walking to school takes me about 20min. The return journey will aso be 20min and total i walk 40min a day just by commuting to and fro. 40min of walking i suppose is about 3mile considering my walk speed. I burn a total of 300 calories!!! HAHA! I can eat 300 cal of food without any guilt (:
Walk that road really can makes u feel relax especially at night... All stress will be gone... Its good! HAHA!
Few days to weekend.... not really in the mood today ):
Still the day ended... it will be a better tomorrow!
