Runing Takes You Places

Running is a way to destress.. Dont believe me.... get out of that 4 walls and hit the road... Run as far and fast as you can... Do a series of short sprint ... I can ganrantee you that you will end with a refreshed mind....

Tonight run workout was a fartlek. We did a 50min run. 1st 15min was ran at half marathon pace. After which 4x (3min 90% effort 2min half marathon pace). Then we recover till the time hit 50min at half marathon pace.

The 3min hard i manage to cover more than 800m. Polly about 850m. Approximately a 1:25 pace for 400m.

Feel Fast and relax.... Able to hold form...

WEnt for dinner at A-Star.... Had cai fan. Then i met up with my mum and we went home together. She went to see doc for her skin. My cousin called me and we had a nice chat...

Tired... off to bed.... Tomorrow's a bright day ahead... (:
