Saturday Morning
Wake up at 1030am.. SIANZ.. MIssed my morning workout. Intended to do speed set. Anyway.. SG-ed the whole morning. DoubleXP weekend so i chiong abit.. (:
Afternooon - Night
Have lunch with my parents. Went to Serangoon North to eat. My mom need to go to my aunt house so we choose a nearer place. Supppose to eat the famous curry chicken but the vendors went for holidays.. LOL! Had mixed rice instead.
After lunch, SG-ed again.. LOL! I met up with Kiat Rui, ZhiFeng and Thomas at siglap cc to play basketball. Played a few match.. Really feels good. I remembered last time when i play, i mind so much about winning... HAHA! Quite imature back den.. Its really different now.. Losing doesnt mattters... Its enjoying the process that matters
Went back home for my speed workout which i planned to do in the moring. Here it goessss..
Workout:
3x( 2min hard run 1min easy
1min hard run 30s easy
30s hard run 30s easy )
Total Milege: approximately 5000m
Its a pretty short workout... Its the intensity and speed that i am looking for.
Did some abs and push ups after that.
Dinner-ed at Chompss.. Had pork macaroni and hokkien meee... Walked home after that.. Its a pretty good walk... About 30mins to reach hougang.. hahah... It helps in disgestion...
