Ending of TAS Aquathlon Challenge 2008 marks the start of a new session. Osim Triathlon, NUS run and Army-Half Marathon lies ahead.. Its gonna be a challenge of endurance... These races consist of at least 1 10km run. Here's the details:
Osim Tri:
1500m swim , 40km bike, 10km run
NUSrun:
10km run
Army-Half Marathon:
21km run
HAHA! I am gonna start training for them real soon! Most of them are long races.. So i neeed to start building my milege base. I aiming a weekly milege of 35km run, 70km bike, 10km swim. It will be achieved through 5 bike session, 4 run and 3 swim. The reason for having 5 bike session is because of the time constrain. I can the most give 40min of cycling everyday. HAHA! Cause i cycle during break time.... Hope i can hit it... even if i cant... i should be almost there.... Keeping fit and healthy is the main reason for me to train! (:
